What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and country, which our checkout provider (Payhip (using Stripe or PayPal)) collects so it can process your payment and email your download. We never see or store your full card details.
- Emails you send us: so we can reply and help.
- Website usage: this site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code that tells Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when someone visits the page or starts a checkout. This helps us measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to find the kit useful. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, answer your emails, process refunds, send you occasional emails about the kit and follow-on materials (you can unsubscribe in one click), and measure our advertising. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing cittauk1@gmail.com. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.
Children
The kit is used with children, but it's bought by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
